Resumo:
O continente africano tem se apresentado aos olhos de muitos analistas e académicos como uma plataforma onde o globalismo político e securitário mais se tem feito sentir. Alguns países muito têm contribuído para essa imagem. Angola, desde há muitos que tem sido um dos países que mais contribui para tornar África nessa plataforma temática, quer a nível continental, quer nas relações cm as principais potências políticas e económicas Mundiais.
O tema apresentado vai procura mostrar isso mesmo. Como Angola, desde que se tornou independente e, principalmente, após o fim da I crise político-militar interna, ou seja, desde 1992, aparece, nomeadamente, no centro e centro-austral de África como um pilar, como um dos principais actores para a afirmação do centro-globalismo africano, reforçado após as 2 Guerras no Congo Democrático e na resolução que levou ao fim da crise do Reino do Lesoto, e ao Memorando e Luanda, de Agosto de 2019, que tenta colocar a Paz entre a RDC e Ruanda e entre Ruanda e Uganda.

Abstract
This short essay will seek to show how Angola is becoming a state facing the pacification and security of Africa, especially after the end of the first internal political-military crisis, that is, since 1998, it appears especially in the center of Africa and the Central-Southern Africa region, as a pillar, as one of the main actors for the affirmation of central African globalism; position strengthened after the 2 Wars in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and the resolution leading to the end of the Kingdom of Lesotho crisis, and the Memorandum and Luanda of August 2019, which tries to put Peace between the DRC and Rwanda and between Rwanda and Uganda.
