O Papel Da União Africana Na Segurança Em África: Do Mar Mediterrâneo Ao Cabo

RESUMO
O texto, tendo por base a perspectiva académica da “Arquitetura de Paz e Segurança em África, e procura abordar a problemática da segurança e da paz no continente Africano tendo por base as diretivas previstas no Ato Constitutivo da União Africana e nos Comitês Técnicos Especializados, com particular atenção, para o “Comitê de Paz e Segurança da União Africana”, bem como a sua intervenção na resolução de diferentes conflitos que colocam em causa a paz e a segurança intra e inter-Estados neste continente, bem como a intangibilidade das atuais fronteiras nacionais.

ABSTRACT
The text, based on the academic perspective of Architecture for Peace and Security in Africa, seeks to address the issues of security and peace on the African continent based on the planned policy in the Constitutive Act of the African Union and the Specialized Technical Committees, with particular attention to the Committee for Peace and Security of the African Union and its intervention in solving different conflicts that may call into question peace and security intra and inter-State on the African continent as well as the inviolability of existing national borders.
